Check Out My Cards Score Part 1

Hello again buffet readers. Today I begin a several part post on a 46 card purchase I made from Check Out My Cards dot com. I have checked out the site several times and even set up a shopping cart with a bunch of cards I was interested in but I never pulled the trigger on the purchase. Finally after a long wait I finally went through with the sale following a good overtime week at work. While I love all the cards I scored, I will post in the order of my ranking  from the lesser of the cards to my most favorites in the last post. Here are the first 11 from the lot.

2006Topps Turkey Red
Red Bordered Mike Piazza and a Checklist with David Wright & Cliff Floyd.
White Bordered Mike Piazza
These are great parallels from the 06 Turkey Red set.

2003 Upper Deck Patch Collection Chad Pennington Manu. Patch
2005 Leaf Rookies and Stars Great American Heroes Chad Pennington Sn'd 0612/1250
2006 Bowman Chrome Deuce McAllister Refractor
Just a few nice NFL cards for the football binder.

2004 Upper Deck Etchings Gary Sheffield game Used Bat
2003 Fleer Patchworks Numbers Game Alfonso Soriano Game Used Jersey

A couple for the Yankees book. I like the logo burned on the bat card plus the Soriano has a pinstripe.

2007 Allen and Ginter Mike Piazza Game Used Bat x2
2004 Donrus Studio Players Collection Dontrelle Willis Game Used Jersey sn'd 120/150

This brings my Dontrelle game used card count over 33 with only 2 duplicates and my Piazza game used count is over 110 with only 7 duplicates. Most are Mets and these are my first A's.

That sums up the first 11 of 46 cards from the COMC site. Stay tuned for part 2 where I have a bunch of SN'd Mets cards.

Don't forget to enter my latest contest HERE for a shot at some cards from your favorite team and a Strat-O-Matic computer game.

Don't forget to visit The Pack Rip Cafe. Today I have some 2010 Heritage.
